I checked in yesterday for a two-night stay and was considering extending my stay until Sunday, but the poor service has completely changed my mind. First, we were charged extra for having three guests. Second, there were no towels in the bathroom, and despite calling around four times, the response was very slow. I was given no clear timeframe for when the towels would arrive. The following day, housekeeping entered our room unexpectedly without us requesting it. We asked them to return an hour later, but nobody came. Even after leaving the door hanger requesting cleaning, the room was still not cleaned. This level of service is unacceptable and far below expectations. Unfortunately, I will not extend my stay, and I would not consider returning if this is the standard of service provided.

Marbella Resort Sharjah is located in a very convenient and central location, close to many of Sharjah’s popular attractions. Al Majaz Waterfront, Gold Souk, and Al Jubail Bus Station are all within walking distance. The hotel is also close to Al Noor Island and Flag Island, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this property, especially for guests who want easy access to the city and nearby attractions. The hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. If you are planning a trip to Sharjah and looking for a convenient place to stay with your family, Marbella Resort is a great choice. Highly recommended for families!
I absolutely loved my stay at Marbela Resorts. The resort is so cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. It genuinely feels like a peaceful farmhouse getaway. Its a wonderful place for a family staycation, and Im definitely planning to bring my extended family here next time. We availed their summer offer which is valid till 30th august. The room service was truly up to the mark. The staff were very polite, friendly, and quick. Whenever I ordered water or anything else, it was delivered surprisingly fast. The resort is also very kid friendly, and Im sure children will really enjoy the space. The swimming pool was neat, clean, and well maintained too. Marbella Resort has such a huge and beautiful space for enjoyment. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained, and you can even play tennis, which makes it a great place for a family gathering. And I have to mention the food. It was absolutely incredible. I genuinely loved the flavours and quality of every dish we tried. It was one of the highlights of our stay 😍 100% Recommeded.
We are a family of four with two kids under 10, and we had a wonderful stay. We booked the Master Suite, and luckily it was located right next to the pool, which was perfect. Our kids had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment. We originally booked for three days, but we loved the place so much that we extended our stay by another four days. My husband especially loved the beautiful greenery and peaceful surroundings. The entire team was exceptional—housekeeping was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Hala at the reception for being so accommodating, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily come back again. My stay at Marbella Resort did not fully meet my expectations, and I believe there are several areas that could be improved. One of the biggest inconveniences was that breakfast was not served at the resort itself. Guests had to walk to the neighboring Holiday International Hotel (HIH) for breakfast, which was approximately 1 km from my room. This was particularly inconvenient during the summer, especially in the morning. The resort swimming pool was small and excessively deep. When we spoke to the pool attendant, he advised us to walk to the neighboring hotel and use their swimming pool instead. It was disappointing that the resort’s own facilities were not suitable for guests. The sauna and steam room facilities were also poorly managed. Access was through the washroom area, and the hotel allocated separate days for men and women. Staff also informed us that it would be better to use the facilities at the neighboring hotel, as they were newer and better equipped. On a positive note, the room and washroom were clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The 24-hour support staff were also helpful, responsive, and always available whenever assistance was needed. Overall, while there were some positive aspects to my stay, I feel that the facilities and overall guest experience could be improved to better meet visitors' expectations.
