Kalyan, Rizwan, Yin, and Ghada were of great help. I have big respect for this great service. They are right by the metro (2 minute walk) which allows you to walk straight to Dubai mall - 10/15 minute air conditioned walk so it was very convenient especially traveling with a 3 year old toddler. Another convenience was the super market right below them, easy to stock up on snacks and bring it straight up to your room. The rooms were clean/big and the housekeeping was great. They have laundry machines on each floor, and also offer laundry services. Highly recommend, and would consider coming back here again.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff and to your manager, Mr. Shehab (if I’m not mistaken).
Also I would like to add compliment to Kaylan for assisting us nicely during and after our stay.
We truly appreciate your warm hospitality and exceptional service. You made our visit a wonderful and memorable experience, and we are very grateful for the kindness and care you showed us.
We will definitely be coming back! My kids absolutely loved it, and that makes the experience even more special for us.
Thank you once again to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. Keep up the excellent work! ❤️
An excellent experience from start to finish! The reception was outstanding, and the stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and exceeded my expectations.
Special thanks to Mr. ALI from Pakistan, whose warm smile, exceptional hospitality, and welcoming attitude were the main reasons I chose this hotel.
I would also like to thank Ms. GHADA from Tunisia for her beautiful smile, kindness, and valuable assistance during check-out.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! 🌹🌹ksa
Thank you to Mustafa, Riyas, Kalyan, Yin, Roland and everyone at the hotel. They were super helpful, hospital, i felt like i was home. Breakfast was amazing. I had my favorite carrot cake and tasted the best carrot cake i ever had. Best of luck to everyone managing this hotel. The location is exceptional, and very kind late check out as i was having some business away from the hotel. Coming back again soon.
