⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service by Anees at LEGOLAND Hotel! We arrived very early via Etihad Rail from Abu Dhabi, and I had an urgent work meeting while traveling alone with my children. Anees was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding. He helped us settle in smoothly and quickly, providing us with the fastest and best solutions. He constantly checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. Thanks to Anees, our stay was super smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Truly remarkable customer service! Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a really wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well organized. The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable for the whole family. My little one especially loved the play area, and the LEGO activities made the stay even more fun and memorable for him. It was lovely to see him enjoying himself so much. A special thanks to Mr. Muhassin Hassan, the Manager, who guided and assisted us very well throughout our stay. His friendly attitude, helpfulness, and attention to our needs made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good taste. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, good food, and excellent hospitality. We left with happy memories and would definitely love to visit again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and special. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! ❤️
