I visited the hotel in person, confirmed the room price, and gave my name for the booking. I only left for 5–10 minutes to collect my ID card and returned immediately. However, when I came back, I was informed that the room had already been booked and that the price would now be higher. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I went out in the extreme heat just to get my ID, only to return and be told the room was no longer available at the agreed price.

I've been coming to this hotel for the past 2 months. The service has always been very good, and the staff are very cooperative. Even if my timing is a little early or late, they don't mind and always try to accommodate me. I'm really satisfied with their service. Today my room 705 I'm Pakistani my name is Umar

I checked in with my wife yesterday, Tbh it’s not worth it there. The lift has a toxic scent, the apartment needs frequent maintenance cause it has an old smell. With that being said I’d further proceed with the fact that they’d want to keep your ID card and hold you hostage in their reception for 10mins just so they can check through the rooms to confirm you didn’t steal anything.
