We just returned from a 9 nights holiday at Khalidia Hotel, I was impressed with the staffs especially the restaurant team Arnel, Mark, Rachel and Mustapha they really made us enjoyed our stay, the food was not that great (lunch and dinner). we were mostly given a set menu to chose from which have 3 to 5 dishes we hardly had buffet meals the set menu was exhausted, but the restaurant manager and his assistants tried there best to accommodate our request. We are very grateful to them. Cleanliness of the room was OK but the house keepers keep forgetting to top up the shampoo and shower gel and don't replace the tissues even when the noticed it is almost finished. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Not forgetting the front desk staff and concierge especially the guys we meet on our first night, sorry I couldn't remember your names. Su at the front desk was also helpful. Thank you Khalidia.

We spent a night at Khalidia Palace when our connection at DXB was delayed by 24 hours and, truly, we had a wonderful time here. The hotel is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and very modern. The restaurant buffet was also very good, and always had ample vegan options for us both (including some delicious foul medames, dal and salads!). Most of all, we were touched by the wonderful staff at the hotel. In particular, Mr Naseem who managed the restaurant was incredible - he is always very warm, friendly and professional with the diners. He went out of his way to ensure we were very well looked after during mealtimes, and made a real impression on us - even though our stay was unforeseen as the airline delayed us getting home in time. Thank you for taking great care of us!
We enjoyed the stay and will always remember the great hospitality from the unique staff specially Ms. Jemary at the house keeping, Ms. Shama at the reservation, and Ms. Eurice. They are well trained and having great ethical interaction will all guests. I will surely re-book and will have my next stay at this hotel. Thanks Moneer
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with ample storage space and cupboards. I also enjoyed the gym facilities, which included complimentary access to the sauna and steam room. The pool was clean and partially covered, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Everything, from the elevators and public areas to the rooms themselves, was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming. They were always ready to assist and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of high-quality food and both hot and cold beverages. The selection was impressive, and the quality exceeded my expectations. In fact, I was so impressed by the breakfast that I became curious to try the lunch as well, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it maintained the same excellent standard. I was also impressed to see the dining hall supervisor personally overseeing the breakfast service and actively supporting the team. This level of involvement reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. Overall, the rooms were very clean, the facilities were well maintained, and every aspect of the hotel operated smoothly and efficiently.
