Based on the online reviews and pictures, we booked Kayhome expecting a relaxing and premium stay, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite disappointing considering the price we paid. The only thing we genuinely enjoyed was the room with direct access to the pool, which our baby loved the most. Apart from that, the experience did not meet our expectations at all. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the cleanliness issue immediately. The floor felt dusty and sandy, which was very unpleasant. Basic amenities were also lacking — no extra drinking water was provided, and each additional bottle was charged at AED 5. The swimming pool was another major disappointment. The steps into the pool were extremely slippery and mossy, and there was visible mud inside the pool, making it clear that maintenance was not up to standard. Breakfast was also very underwhelming. Instead of a buffet or multiple options, only one item from the menu was provided. For the amount charged, we honestly expected much better service and facilities. At this price point, we could have easily booked a 5-star hotel with a proper buffet breakfast, cleaner rooms, complimentary water, and a well-maintained pool. The only positive part of our stay was the staff, who were polite and helpful throughout. If asked whether we would return, unfortunately the answer would be no — at least not for the price being charged currently.

Excellent stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the stay, always available to assist quickly and efficiently. The common areas are well presented, and the overall quality of the hotel is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again :)
