Jumeirah Mina Al Salam

I had an excellent stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The room was very spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I was also lucky to have a lovely sea view, which made the stay even better. The room was very well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom amenities were complete, including toothbrush kits, towels, and other essentials. There was also a coffee machine with coffee provided, as well as a good selection of teas. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One small point for improvement would be the pillows, as I personally did not find them very comfortable. Also, unfortunately, there was no bidet spray (shattaf) in the bathroom, which I think would be an important addition, especially for guests from the region. A very nice touch was what they provided for my daughter. She received her own kids’ amenities, including slippers, a T-shirt, toiletries, and other items. She was very happy with them, and as a parent, I really appreciated the attention given to younger guests. Breakfast at Hanaaya was very good, with a wide variety of choices, and the food overall was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel, and I was impressed by the selection. There was a great variety of cuisines, from Arabic and Indian dishes to international food, sushi, and a wide selection of desserts. There was something for everyone. The beach and swimming pools are beautiful and very enjoyable. A kids’ club is also available, although it is located at another hotel within the Madinat Jumeirah resort. This was not a major issue, as it is still accessible to guests. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, especially for families and anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

I'd like to share my honest opinion about my stay at Mina Al Salam. To start with, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the breakfast area, which was elegant and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was served in beautiful porcelain cups. The waiters were polite, friendly, and welcoming. Another highlight was the beach, which was very clean and well kept, and the staff there were also helpful. I also liked the hotel lobby, which was elegant and luxurious. However, every positive had its downside. I arrived late at night, and there was no hot water, so taking a shower was extremely uncomfortable. There also seemed to be some organizational issues among the staff. We ordered an ice bucket, waited quite a while for it, and then, about half an hour later, another bucket was delivered unnecessarily. Another drawback was the noisy maintenance work early in the morning and late at night, which was a major inconvenience. Last but not least, I was disappointed with the view. I had booked a room with an ocean view, but the room only offered a partial ocean view. For these reasons, I probably won't choose Mina Al Salam again.
