One of the best breakfast experiences in a hotel that we’ve had (we’ve been to 36 countries and counting) HOWEVER, the pool snacks by the pool was odd. No pool ice lollies given to kids day to day (whereas JBH and Al Naseem does this twice per day). I even asked if I could buy one, but no option (and my son has an egg allergy so we couldn’t order the normal ice cream which contains egg). Commodore club service is slow and often you’ll wait far longer than others for a waitress to take your order. My baby was asleep whilst checkout was occurring and despite being silver J1 members they asked us to wake our child up to leave the room (no flexibility in late checkout.

Wow…..We have been truly spoiled! We have been coming to the Jumeirah hotels for 20+ years but Marsa Al Arab has taken it to a whole new level. From the moment we arrived Marla has looked after us from start to finish. She has made us feel like the most important guests staying in the hotel. She’s a credit to the Jumeirah brand. The house keeping staff have been second to none. They have been giving us a 5 star service multiple times a day leaving us little goodies to use during our stay. The attention to detail is top class. Shankay and his team Apsara, Azad, Omkav, Masum and Deba, Thank you for all your hard work. The pool, beach and life guard staff have been super friendly and are always available when needed. Pool safety is a must have and Marsa Al Arab have got it right, in the family pool I counted 10+ lifeguards on watch at all times perfect for families with small children. The breakfast…… probably the best! The staff are super friendly and will cater for whatever you fancy. This is more than a 5 star hotel This is now a second home for us! Keep up the good work and we will see you again very soon. Tom Russel
This hotel is simply stunning. The interior is beautiful and I knew we made the right decision on hotels from the moment we stepped out the car. The staff go over and beyond to ensure your stay is 10/10. Our bedroom had plenty of room and an amazing view of the Burj. The bed was also so comfortable. The breakfast was great with plenty of selection and everything was cooked perfectly. Thank you for a great stay and we can’t wait to come back 🩵
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an exceptional stay at Marsa Al Arab and truly enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of cuisines and options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and designed for a relaxing getaway. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, with stunning views of Burj Al Arab. We especially loved the delicious macarons and French pastries served there. The pool area is spacious and perfect for families. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful service — throughout the day, the staff would surprise guests with treats such as ice cream, cookies, and cupcakes. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodate two adults and two children. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable staycation experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! ✨🌴🤍
We stayed at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab for six nights. On arrival, we were given a marina view room, but unfortunately the experience didn’t start well — there was a noticeable ceiling leakage, a damp smell in the room, and the mattress was quite uncomfortable. It didn’t feel like the standard you expect from a property like this. We raised this with the team and initially considered checking out early, but the hotel handled the situation well and offered us a two-category upgrade to a Burj Al Arab sea view room. From that point onward, our stay improved significantly. The upgraded room was beautiful, comfortable, and much more in line with expectations. It’s also worth noting that the marina view side currently has ongoing construction, which creates noticeable noise and makes it less enjoyable, especially if you’re hoping for a relaxing stay or to spend time on the balcony. The beach is lovely, and the restaurants across the property are genuinely very good — definitely a highlight of the stay. That said, I would only recommend this hotel if you’re booking one of the higher-category rooms with a premium view. In our opinion, the base-level marina view rooms don’t offer the same value, and at that price point, you might be better off considering other properties. However, if you opt for the higher-tier rooms, the experience is much more enjoyable and worthwhile.
