My favorite place. Everything is perfect here! Spacious parking with valet parking. A huge lobby with views of the city center and the Museum of the Future. Nearby are pedestrian walkways, the metro, landmarks, shops, and pharmacies. Inside, there are cafes and restaurants. A high-speed elevator goes up to the 45th floor. The glass elevator overlooks the city. All the rooms are huge and different. The staff will help you choose the right one. The cleanliness and silence are impeccable. There are so many special details, like bath salts and bath foam, electronic curtains and tulle on the panoramic windows, premium champagne in the refrigerator, and a huge variety of snacks. Breakfast is a work of art – I never skip it, especially if it's at the cafe on the 51st floor. Keep it up!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning views of Museum of the Future, especially from the rooms and common areas. Waking up to that iconic view was definitely a highlight. A helpful note for first-time visitors: due to the ongoing construction around the area, finding the hotel entrance can be a bit tricky. It would be useful if Google Maps directions clearly guided guests to the correct entrance/driveway to avoid confusion. Once inside, everything is very convenient and safe. The hotel offers ample parking space, making it easy for guests arriving by car. One of the best features is the in-house connected passageways, which provide direct and comfortable access to both the mall and the Museum of the Future without needing to step outside especially helpful during hot weather. Overall, a premium stay with excellent accessibility, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a wedding weekend, and overall it was a great experience. We booked a family suite for two adults and two children, and it was very spacious. In addition to the bedroom, the suite included a dining area, office space, and a comfortable living room. The views were excellent from almost every side. The location is a perfect 10. It feels close to everything while still being away from heavy traffic, which made getting around very convenient. The pool area is clean and suitable for all age groups. However, it would be even better if there were more shaded or semi-shaded areas, especially during hotter times of the day. The only downside was the in-room dining experience. Compared to typical Dubai five-star hotels, the menu is quite limited, with no dedicated kids’ menu, and orders stop after 10:30 PM. While there are plenty of nearby restaurants and delivery is available, it can take an extra 10–15 minutes due to security procedures, as riders are required to park and walk from a designated area. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and service. Our room was cleaned twice a day, which made the stay feel very comfortable and well taken care of. We had a night flight and arrived early in the morning, but check-in was smooth and there was no problem arriving early. We booked a club room with lounge access, so while waiting for our room we were able to relax in the lounge. At that time they were still serving breakfast, which was a very nice bonus after the flight. The elevator ride up to the rooms offers a beautiful view of the Museum of the Future, which is a nice touch and makes the arrival to your floor feel special. Breakfast in the main restaurant was easily an 11/10 a fantastic selection and great quality. The pool area was also very nice. There is a covered pool for kids, which is great for families. Special thanks to the lifeguard who was very alert and attentive at all times, which made the pool area feel very safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel. One small point for improvement: although our stay was very pleasant overall, we felt the staff at the lobby could be a bit more welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel we would happily return to.
