★★★★★ Truly beyond five stars. Jumeirah Beach Hotel is simply outstanding. What sets it apart is the service: the little touches and the attention to detail make you feel completely relaxed and looked after from the moment you arrive. The whole resort and everything around it is exceptional. A few people deserve a special mention. Qasim made pretty much everything possible for us, and we can't thank him enough. Kamran at the bakery takes wonderful care of guests at the breakfast buffet, and their pain au suisse is the best in the world. At the Executive Pool, Fasil looks after everyone with a big smile. He is incredibly friendly, always in a great mood and a real pleasure to be around. Anna, also at the Executive Pool, is a lovely, warm and genuinely kind server. Honestly, every single member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, and we just wanted to mention a few by name. We can't wait to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end.
