Jannah Place Dubai Marina

I’ve had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and everything is always clean and well maintained. A special mention to Diane from housekeeping, who does an amazing job keeping our room spotless. She is always so kind, attentive and professional, and really makes our stay more comfortable.

This was my fourth summer staying at this wonderful hotel in Dubai, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations! ❤️ My stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful accommodation to the outstanding service. The reception team was always friendly, helpful, and incredibly cooperative, and I truly appreciate how attentive the entire staff is. A special thank you to the maintenance team — they are always quick to respond and never delay when you need anything. The housekeeping service was also excellent. I would especially like to thank DIANE, who takes care of my room. She is incredibly attentive, professional, and always makes sure that every little detail is perfect. Her care and attention truly make a difference. After spending four summers here, I can honestly say that this hotel feels like a second home to me. I highly recommend it, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next summer! ❤️

I stayed here for 5 months and had a great experience! The studio rooms are very comfortable and spacious - they offer both options with or without balcony. Gym and swimming pool were well maintained and always clean. Unlike other hotel apartments, they didn’t create any issues over my friends/family coming over and staying for long hours. Appreciate Ranuka, Christine and Lian from the hotel management who addressed and entertained all my concerns and requests. Phillix and Ibrahim from the technician staff assisted promptly with appliances replacement and any related issues. Special shoutout to Derek and especially Diane from the housecleaning department. Diane’s a sweetheart. She made sure my studio room is squeaky clean! She even did some chores outside her scope of work out of her kindness and I really appreciate that! ❤️ I highly recommend Jannah to anyone looking for a long term stay in Dubai Marina. 🌟

Extremely disappointed considering that I am on a longterm term stay. Expected more but had notjing more than less. Nobody from the management seemed to care enough to ensure guests' satisfaction. And just now, AC suddenly stopped and had to call reception again. On a lighter note, the view of the marina at night is spectacular. And thanks to Sandeep who keeps our suite clean and neat. Also to Mohamad of reception who has always been helpful and accommodating of our requests since the beginning of our stay. God bless you both.
