Reviews
My stay at JA Beach Resort was amazing, the resort was filled with activities to do, like a waterpark, swimming pools, beach volleyball, and panel tennis and tennis courts.
The rooms were also very spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff were very quick to help.
Overall, the staff were very kind and helpful and the food during breakfast and dinner was very good.
Outstanding experience from start to finish! To the staff: Aurea and Nethi. The customer service was exceptional—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Attendants were courteous, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The valet parking service was equally impressive: quick, efficient, and handled my vehicle with great care. It’s clear that this hotel takes pride in delivering a first-class guest experience. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again!
We had an amazing stay at JA Beach Hotel! Everything was perfect, but what made our experience truly special was Sam at the reception.
From the very first minute, Sam went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, always making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. His positive attitude and genuine willingness to assist made a huge difference and created a wonderful first impression of the hotel.
Thank you, Sam, for your kindness and exceptional service. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sam at the reception. He was absolutely amazing, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He explained everything, assisted us with all our questions, and made us feel comfortable from the very first moments of our stay. Thank you for making such a wonderful first impression.
The resort itself is fantastic. The territory is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. What we appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Unlike many places in Dubai, this resort feels calm, quiet, and removed from the city’s constant hustle and bustle.
If you’re looking for a true resort experience where you can relax, unwind, and disconnect, JA Beach Resort is the perfect choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
