The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Charlotte at the front desk reception. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always greeted me with a warm smile. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Her kindness, dedication, and exceptional customer service made a real difference, and she is a great asset to the hotel. I would also like to thank Johnson from the concierge team for his helpful recommendations, professionalism, and friendly service. He was always happy to assist and made my stay even more enjoyable.
