Intercontinental Fujairah Resort, An Ihg Hotel

We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were very pleased with the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile whenever they saw us, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ibrahim, the lifeguard, who was very helpful and took the time to properly explain the different swimming pools and areas available. His assistance and clear explanation made it much easier for us to enjoy the pool facilities. We would also like to thank Aisah, Priya, and Hmon at the restaurant. They served us very well and were always friendly, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. A big thank you as well to Lenie, Joy, Irin, and Gifty at the Kids Club. They did an excellent job keeping our son entertained, happy, and engaged. It was wonderful to see him enjoying himself and having so much fun. We truly appreciate the care and attention they gave him. We are also grateful to all the other staff members who served us and contributed to making our stay special. Everyone was consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. The excellent service, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere made our visit very memorable. We would be happy to stay at the hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a truly wonderful stay at InterContinental Fujairah, where the hospitality was consistently outstanding from start to finish. The check-in experience was seamless and very welcoming, thanks to Joisca, Shine, Mark, and Florence, who set the perfect tone for our stay with their professionalism and warmth. Throughout our visit, the room service provided by Wisnu stood out for being attentive, helpful, and always accommodating to our needs. A special appreciation goes to Moon from the housekeeping team, who ensured our room was maintained to the highest standard and always felt fresh and comfortable. We are especially thankful to Chef Amit, whose thoughtful approach went above and beyond. When assisting us with our food, he noticed it was not properly cooked and took the initiative to ensure it was fully prepared before serving it back. His care and commitment to quality were truly impressive. Also, a warm mention to Ashok from the valet team for his friendly welcome and consistently positive attitude, which made every arrival feel pleasant. InterContinental Fujairah is a great resort in Fujairah, a small coastal town with a relaxed, old school seaside vibe that feels a bit like a 90s beach town. The resort itself is modern, well maintained, and very comfortable for a chilled getaway. The hotel offers several dining options, including DRIFT, a beachfront seafood restaurant that looks especially nice at night. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was great, although service was a bit slow during our visit. That said, the staff were friendly and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience pleasant overall. There is also a bar on site, and the pool area has a relaxed, holiday vibe. Facilities are very family friendly, with two pools plus a kids pool, large green lawn areas where children can run around, and a private, easily accessible beach. The rooms are comfortable and well sized. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was split into two separate areas, and it made the stay much more enjoyable, especially for families. We also tried the L’Occitane Spa, which was a really nice addition to the stay and a great way to relax during the vacation. One small thing that would have made the experience even better is having a swim up bar inside the pool, like in many other resorts. There is a poolside bar nearby though, so getting drinks is still easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort if you are planning to stay in Fujairah and want a relaxed beach vacation with good facilities and friendly service.
