I would like to thank David and Peter for their excellent service and hospitality. Both were friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their positive attitude and attention to guests made the experience very pleasant. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Excellent customer service from both of them. Highly recommended, and thank you for making the stay memorable!
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was lovely, and I especially want to mention Ainur, who I met during breakfast. She was always so polite, kind, and helpful, and greeted us with a warm smile every morning.
She was very attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. I really appreciated her friendly and genuine attitude. She made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Having someone like Ainur as part of the hotel team definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Dubai Marina.
The check-in process was smooth and quick. As an InterContinental Ambassador member, I was pleasantly upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was never crowded, the service was fast and attentive, and the bakery selection was fresh and delicious. While the buffet isn't huge, it offers everything you need. I also had lunch at the same restaurant, and the food was delicious with excellent service.
Although there was some maintenance taking place at the hotel, it didn't cause any disturbance during my stay. The gym isn't very large, but it has all the essential equipment for a good workout.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience thanks to the amazing team. Every staff member I interacted with—from the valet and reception to the bell staff and restaurant team—provided outstanding service. The hotel was peaceful, and I truly enjoyed my stay.
I'm looking forward to staying here again soon!
Excellent stay at InterContinental Dubai Marina. The hotel has a modern, elegant, and peaceful atmosphere, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. The breakfast was fresh, diverse, and of excellent quality, with a wide selection of dishes, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
A special thank you to Hilal in the restaurant for his professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service during breakfast. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made each morning especially enjoyable.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
In the current conflict situation, we felt ourself in the best place in the city. The hotel is luxury, absolut safe with the own shelter, the restaurant and the foods are huge and premium quality, the hygiene is fantastic, but the best is the hotel stuff. In this situation EVERYBODY was calm, professional, nice and helpfull, they were there for us, with all of our questions, problems, we felt ourself absolutely in good hands. Thank you Beth for your genuine goodwill and smile in the hardest moments. I recommend this hotel with full of my heart.
