I personally had the worst experience with INK. I booked a dog friendly room and when I arrived to check in they told me they are no longer dog friendly and I had to leave. I kindly asked for a refund in person and via email and provided proof online that they still said they were dog friendly and their reception team told me it's not their problem they haven't updated their website and there will be no refunds. Horrific experience, especially in the heat with your dog and then to have to pay for a room they refused you to check into. Would not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at INK hotel Jaddaf Waterfront. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the service was excellent.
I especially appreciated the helpful and attentive reception team. The room was comfortable, the facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely recommend Ink hotel Jaddaf Waterfront and would be happy to stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my friends and family at this Lovely hotel. I like the clean rooms, the canal view and especially the kind receptionist Grace. She made our stay more meaningful, peaceful and more relaxing because of her genuine smile and excellent service. I will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel again with my family and bring more friends so that they will also experience the warm welcome and great service of Grace. If I have a hotel in the future ,I want someone like Grace to be my receptionist, she attracts positivity and customers will likely come back because of her smile and calming gesture. Ink hotel is awesome 💕🌹❤️

I would also like to recognize Grace and Faith for their excellent customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile.
A special mention as well to Alex from the security team, who kindly helped us park our car. This level of assistance and care is something we had never experienced before, and it made our stay even more comfortable.
