Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District

I had a very disappointing experience at Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District. I booked two rooms for four people, but when I brought two visitors, the hotel asked me to pay extra money for them. If there are additional charges or restrictions for visitors, these policies should be clearly explained to guests in advance, rather than creating an unpleasant surprise. What made the experience even worse was the poor service and disrespectful attitude of the staff. As a paying customer, I expected professional service, courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. A hotel should make its guests feel welcome, not uncomfortable or unwelcome. Based on my personal experience, I would think twice before staying here again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff behaviour and ensures that all charges and visitor policies are communicated transparently. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and good customer service.

The hotel gets a little bit busy, the location is good. Parking is good. The breakfast food does not have much of choices. Staffs are nice however I feel they are understaffed. There was only one bell boy at the time that we arrived and no one assisted us on unloading ourthingso from our car. I enjoyed the cool water of the pool on summer days. The gym was great.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Hyatt hotels, and Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District definitely lived up to my expectations. I stayed in one of the suites, which included a kitchen and made my stay much more comfortable. The room was clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. One thing to note is that room amenities vary. Some suites have a dishwasher, while others have a washing machine, depending on the room. The only minor inconvenience was temporary parking at the front of the hotel. It’s a bit difficult to stop there, so you’ll likely need to use the parking ramp. I later discovered there’s also parking behind the building, which I wish I’d known about sooner. The surrounding area is very walkable, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around on foot. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel. Fantastic service.. rooms are spacious. Location is very strqtegically located walking distance to union metro station and baniyas square. Lot of eateries, pharmacies and supermarkets within a 500mtrs radius.
