Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai! The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout, any time I had a question or a small request, they handled it quickly and with genuine care. That kind of service really makes a difference and made the whole stay feel special.
The location is great, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the team's helpfulness stood out the most. It's clear they actually care about their guests' experience, not just going through the motions.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
We wanna say thank you for the warmth and welcoming during our stay at your hotel. The service was on top as well as the staff. We are especially grateful to the waiter, Naveen. In just 2 days he learned all our preferences and we didn’t even have to ask for anything, he did everything for us before we even thought about it. This is worth a high rating. And of course we would like to thank the rest of the staff who were so kind to us and made our stay here unforgettable. Room cleanliness, quality of service, food, and entertainment — everything was top-notch. And now, the next time we want to come to Dubai, we know for sure where we’ll stay! ❤️
Had a very relaxing few days here. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are super helpful, attentive and friendly. The one thing that stood out for me was the staff at breakfast, they remember visitors and their orders which is pretty unique and makes you feel at home. I honestly feel it was a nice touch. The breakfast is 10/10.
Only snag it will be better to book the sea view rooms with the construction on the city view side but if you are a heavy sleeper and will be out the whole day it shouldn’t be an issue.
Very excellent service from Mr. Brang! He is a very professional, young, and accommodating gentleman. His smile brings such positive energy and makes the whole experience even better. As a Restaurant General Manager, I truly hope I get the opportunity to work with him someday. I believe his professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication would be a great asset to any team. Wishing him continued success in everything he does! ⭐👏
I stayed in Hyatt centric hotel Jumeirah for a few days and must say that their staff is very helpful and energetic!
I would like to especially name two employees who made our stay very comfortable with their exceptional service. These two employees are 'Mr. Ricardo' from the restaurant, and 'Ms. Lily' from the reception.
Mr Ricardo served us with genuine smiles and was playful with my kid. It was pleasant to see him treat children with such fun in the restaurant.
Ms. Lilly from reception was very nice and had an excellent presence at the reception. I had a short conversation with her, but in that small time frame also she made a lasting impression on me and my family. She was exceptionally nice, and even complimented us!
Warm and hearty service like this from staff members encourage us to return to the hotel.
I will definately be visiting again.
Thank you.
