The reception I received at the gate was warm and welcoming. Imran received my luggage and I checked in with Hayatt who is the front desk manager. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was my first experience at holiday inns, pleasantly surprised. Spent a month before moved to a 5 star hotel. Truly did not mind staying at this hotel. Service, location and staff were all great. I am in my condo downtown but walk around the hotel with fond memories.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s special day at Holiday Inn, and the experience was truly wonderful. ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making such an important family moment so memorable. Special thanks to Chef Zahid for the amazing food and personal care, and to Renish, the Event Manager, for making sure every little detail was perfect. Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely great, and the entire setup and buffet were beautifully done. The chef has truly done a wonderful job, and every dish was thoughtfully prepared.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The team was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
