I stayed here for 5 days, and Mashallah, everything about my stay was wonderful — the service, food, rooms, and ambience were all excellent. The staff here are incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. They genuinely take care of you like family, which made my stay even more comfortable and special. A special mention to Mr. Darlton, Miss Jordan & Mr Umar who went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible stay and a completely worry-free experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Anniversary Stay! We stayed at Holiday Inn Business Bay to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The staff gave us a warm welcome, complete with a cake and a lovely message written on the mirror — such a thoughtful touch that made our celebration extra special. A huge shoutout to Anju and Nitin, and to Htet at the front desk, for making us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, and overall the hotel was even better than we expected. Thank you to the entire Holiday Inn Business Bay team for making our anniversary so memorable!
The room was lovely and the cleaning staff did a great job organising the place, their hard word is truly appreciated. The food at the buffet was also just as nice. My personal favourite was the chocolate cake. Everything tasted amazing and we thank every staff member who work towards making this hotel a better place. Overall, our vacation was delightful and we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you, we'll come again! (A special mention to Emma, Liz, They, Jordan, Raza, Jashim, Chef Ebe, and Chef Nerry)
My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Upon check-in, I mentioned that it was our first time staying here and that I would be celebrating my birthday during our stay. Ms. Charu warmly told me they would prepare something special, and I was truly surprised when they did. It was such a thoughtful complimentary gesture that made my birthday even more memorable. I was genuinely impressed by their kindness and exceptional hospitality. During our stay, we also had an issue with our car, and one of the valet staff (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) kindly assisted my husband. We really appreciated his help. The food was delicious, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The hotel is also very child-friendly—our daughter had so much fun that she’s already asking when we can come back! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but kudos to the entire team—from the reception staff, breakfast team, pool staff, valet, housekeeping, and everyone behind the scenes. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made our family’s first stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Ms. Charu and the entire team for making our birthday celebration and first stay so special. We will definitely be coming back!
