Holiday Inn Dubai Al-maktoum Airport, An Ihg Hotel

We ended up at this hotel independently after our flight was rescheduled. The receptionist, Kalys, is a true professional! She welcomed us, accommodated us in the lobby, gave us water, and kindly informed us that a bus with the rest of the passengers from our delayed flight would arrive soon, and the airline would provide us with a room free of charge. The next morning, she even called our room to let us know the exact time for our airport transfer! The hotel itself is excellent and the food is great-honestly, everything was so good that it is hard to single out just one thing. The only minor downside is the lack of an electrical outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere near the mirrors. Overall, a wonderful stay with outstanding customer service!

The restaurant at Holiday Inn Dubai offers a dining experience that feels both refined and genuinely welcoming. What stands out most is the impressive variety of the menu. Guests can choose from light, healthy, and well-balanced dishes, as well as more sophisticated creations inspired by cuisines from around the world. The buffet is thoughtfully curated, offering everything from simple dietary options to beautifully prepared international specialties and more indulgent dishes. The quality of the food is consistently high, but what truly elevates the experience is the service. A special mention goes to Meerim, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make every visit especially pleasant. She is always welcoming, attentive, and naturally gracious with guests, creating the kind of service one expects from a high-quality hotel restaurant. The chefs also deserve recognition. Beyond their culinary skill, they are exceptionally polite, friendly, and approachable. Their attitude reflects genuine pride in their work and a sincere respect for the guests. It is rare to find a restaurant where the food, atmosphere, and service come together so naturally. The combination of international cuisine, thoughtful dietary choices, refined dishes, and such a warm professional team makes this restaurant a place I am always happy to return to. My sincere thanks to Meerim, the chefs, and the entire restaurant team for maintaining such a consistently high standard of hospitality.

I would like to sincerely thank the team at Holiday Inn Dubai for the wonderful atmosphere and warm hospitality. It is always a pleasure to start the day with breakfast here and come back in the evening for dinner. The buffet always offers a great variety of dishes, everything is fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. There is something for every taste. What makes this place especially pleasant, however, is the people who work here. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always welcome guests with a smile. A special thank you to Meerim! She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests. People like her create a warm, almost home-like feeling and make an ordinary breakfast or dinner much more enjoyable. When you are welcomed with a smile and remembered as a regular guest, it really makes you want to come back again and again. Thank you, Meerim, and the entire Holiday Inn Dubai team for your kindness, excellent service, and wonderful attitude toward your guests. ❤️

I highly recommend Mr. Safatulla Khan. He did an excellent tailoring job with great attention to detail. The fitting was perfect, the stitching was neat, and everything was completed on time. Very professional, skilled, and friendly service. Thank you for the great work!
