We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah. We came from Al Ain hoping to have a relaxing break, and that’s exactly what we got. We had such a peaceful and comfortable stay and returned home feeling well-rested.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we met was very helpful, welcoming, and always greeted us with a pleasant smile.
A special thank you to May at Reception/Reservations, who took great care of us and made sure all our needs were attended to, including kindly offering us a late check-out. We really appreciated her warm hospitality.
We would also like to thank Sandy and Putri from the F&B team. They were very attentive and made sure our meals and buffet experience met our requirements and that we were well looked after.

Had such a wonderful experience at the bar! We actually came to the hotel mainly for the bar, and Moyur made the whole experience truly special. His warm hospitality, friendly attitude, and excellent service made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.
