Overall, I had a good stay and the room was clean and comfortable. Room service was excellent and very quick whenever I needed anything. There are a few things that could definitely be improved though. The shower was leaking, and the body lotion was placed next to the sink, far away from the shower, so there was no practical way to use it while showering. It was fixed to the wall so there was no way to move it. Inside the shower there was only shampoo and conditioner, also fixed. You have to personally request toothbrush, shaving items etc and there are no soap bars in the room. I also booked a room with a “special view”, but unfortunately the view was just a road and a parking lot, which was a bit disappointing. The dinner buffet was okay, but the selection was very limited. There were only around six main dishes, three desserts, and the only drinks available were juice and water. It would’ve been nice to have tea, coffee, or a few more beverage options. Coffee machine was broken. Room was also noisy next to loud kids, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The only other downside was the reception. Both check-in and check-out took quite a while because of the long queues. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay, mainly because the room itself was comfortable and the room service was great, but I think there are a few areas that could be improved.
we enjoyed our stay! it’s definitely good value for the price, and the location is very convenient as it’s accessible to almost everything. the rooms are simple yet clean, which is exactly what i like. one small suggestion for improvement would be to have the dental kit and hotel slippers already prepared in the room before guests check in, as we had to request them separately. the highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. since it wasn’t heated, it was perfect for the summer weather. we were also impressed by the lifeguard, praveen alex. he was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. i noticed how he looked after not only us but also another family with a child. he greeted everyone warmly and made sure guests were enjoying their time at the pool. kudos to praveen alex for providing such excellent service and making our experience even more enjoyable. highly recommended!
