We really enjoyed our stay at Al Hamra Residence in Ras Al Khaimah. The location is great, especially if you want to spend time by the beach, and the hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained. The staff made a very good impression on us. Special thanks to Safwat, the manager, who was attentive and helped make our stay more enjoyable. We also want to thank Rihab at the reception. She was very friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel welcome from the first day. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Al Hamra Residence and truly enjoyed our staycation with a group of friends. We stayed in the beautiful 5-bedroom penthouse, which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. A special thank you to Andrea at the front desk for her kindness and exceptional customer service. We are also very grateful to Fahad from Reservations for arranging our early check-in and late check-out, as well as the lovely birthday decorations and complimentary cake for our friend’s birthday. His attention to detail made the celebration extra special. Roselie was an excellent face-painting artist, and the kids absolutely loved her beautiful artwork. We also thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive package. The food was delicious, and the team at Social Kitchen was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The fire show in the evening was fantastic—the performer put on an incredible show that everyone in our group enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and created beautiful memories. I would highly recommend Al Hamra Residence to my family and friends for a relaxing and memorable staycation. We look forward to coming back!
