I was the regular guest in this hotel, but FROM NOW I PROMISE MY SELF I NEVER EVER COME IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE,. I m very disappointed that happened yesterday, i always come this hotel and book before i reach there, but yesteray i was to tired and sleepy bcs i was come from Dubai around 1,20AM, and we ask the reception guy that we that have available room or not , but this guy answers so rude, he said “i have only 1 room” not even ask wellcome to the guest at all, and we ask for offer bcs we are the reguler guest and normally we can get cheeper if we book by online even that time, but we dont do cz we are so tired, but he answer so rude “I HAVE ONLY ONE ROOM AND I WILL NOT GIVE TO YOU” this is so unexpected answer from hospitality staff, And this hurt me so much bcs my partner is very patient and calm person but first time i see him upset and angry like that. I hope they remove staff like that or do training the staff how to wellcoming guest as hospitality. 0 respect for this guy i forget to ask the name.

We stayed here for one night. The rooms are huge compared to hotels in Dubai, especially considering the price, which was a pleasant surprise. We stayed on the 9th floor, and I believe there's a pub on the 10th floor. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel is quite old, and it shows in the condition of the rooms. Amenities were also very limited. They only provided a box of tissues and two 500 ml bottles of water. Even bath towels were not provided, which was disappointing. The food we ordered was not good and was overpriced for the quality. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement.

This hotel has 6 or 7 night clubs, 3 restaurants and 1 spa which are allowed to play music till 5AM. The rooms are not soundproof so you keep hearing the songs from all the nightclubs. The sink tap was broken, the furniture was old, the pictures on the booking apps are not factual. The only good thing was that the room was clean. Not a pleasant stay. Do not book if you are supposed to have an early morning.
This hotel was an absolute disaster from the moment I arrived. • Reception: I arrived at 11:30 AM and there was no one at the reception. I had to wait until almost 12 PM for someone to show up. Completely unprofessional. • Smoking Everywhere: Guests were literally smoking in the lobby and inside the elevator. The smell was everywhere — disgusting and unacceptable. • Cleanliness: The room was full of cockroaches, and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The pillows and the bed had stains and even cockroaches on them. • Facilities: The fridge didn’t work, there was no kettle, no tea, no coffee — nothing. Not even the basic amenities. • Bed Issue: I asked for a double bed, and they told me the whole hotel only has single beds because it’s “fully booked.” • IDs: The receptionist took our IDs, and when I told him it’s not legal to keep them, he claimed he needed to “photocopy” them. It took him 30 minutes to return them. • Service: We asked for clean pillows — he took them and returned the same dirty ones. We asked for towels — he brought only two face towels after an hour of waiting. • Security: There was no room key because their “system was down.” Housekeeping had to open the room for us every single time we went out. Absolutely unsafe. • Noise: Music from the bar was blasting loudly until late at night and could be heard clearly even on the fifth floor. No peace, no quiet, nothing. • AC: The air conditioning didn’t work — only a noisy fan. The room was hot, humid, and unbearable. This hotel is a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They seriously need to fix their cleanliness, security, and customer service.
