Grand Hyatt Dubai Resort And Waterpark

We had a two day staycation with a group of parents from the school of our daughter. It was our first time in this hotel. Our daughter is 7 years old and it was her first visit to a waterpark. We had an absolute blast together. Me and my husband enjoyed ourself aswel on the different slides. We had an wonderful time here. The rooms where surprisingly spacies . I loved the gym because i wanted to get my steps in. The food was great and the service was excellent. There house wines where the best we tasted here in Dubai. Really great quality, because we are used to drinking good wines, in the time when we lived in the Netherlands. Everybody was so in friendly and welcoming. They handled our request with so much kindness and enthusiasm. We definitely come back.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Grand Hyatt Waterpark Hotel! The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and the service was exceptional, with all staff being friendly and helpful. The pools and waterpark were lovely, but the 91 cm minimum height requirement for the slides was disappointing, as my 80 cm daughter had enjoyed similar slides at other hotels and was very sad she couldn’t use them. We loved the food at The Market, especially the homemade pizza! 🍕 A special shoutout to Minal for her warm welcome, friendliness, and lovely smiles for my little messy toddler. ❤️ Overall, a great family getaway with outstanding hospitality!

Beautiful & Peaceful Family Dinner Experience We had a wonderful evening at Grand Hyatt Dubai, enjoying dinner with our family and friends. The property is huge and beautifully maintained, with such positive and relaxing vibes. What impressed us most was the abundance of greenery and the beautiful water features throughout the property. They create a very calm, peaceful, and refreshing atmosphere, making you almost forget that you are in the middle of a busy city like Dubai. It was a perfect setting for a quiet and relaxed family dinner with friends. The spacious surroundings, elegant ambience, and peaceful environment made our evening even more enjoyable. A beautiful place to spend quality time with family and friends. We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely love to visit again.

We had an incredible stay! The rooms are incredibly spacious, the service is top-notch, and the facilities are amazing. With so many great restaurants and even a pharmacy right inside the hotel, you don't even need to step foot outside. A huge shoutout to the amazing staff—the F&B team, front office, and housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay special. It is easily the best destination for families. Pro tip: Book at least two nights so you have plenty of time to enjoy the waterpark!
