Sunday Suites Excelsior Hotel Deira

Rooms, location everything was good but one point I didn't like there. Nobody was to assistant to carry my suitcase, I had two suitcase and nobody came to assist me. Mostly in the hotels when we entre, ground staff automatically take your all luggage and they will drop it self in your room. No need to say anybody to do it. But I missed it here. Except it room is good, well maintained. I booked it randomly without seen any review or anything just to spend my night because of flight cancellation. I checked in night 11pm and check out 8am in the morning, process was smooth. Reception lady was politie. I don't check food there.

Booked one night and ended up staying for three! The biggest reason was how welcomed and comfortable we felt. Jasbeer was absolutely amazing so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, I’d come back just because of him. Every hotel needs staff like Jasbeer. They also let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Thank you for making our stay such a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Aaliyah at the reception desk. She was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to answering my questions, she handled everything with a warm smile and excellent customer service. Aaliyah made me feel valued as a guest and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and dedication are a true asset to the hotel. Thank you, Aaliyah, for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Very disappointing hotel experience. Basic amenities such as tissue paper, toothbrush, hand towel, bath mat,Bath robe and slippers were not provided. There was only an ironing board in the room, but no iron box available.All furnitures are old and modification required The hospitality service was also below expectations. No one assisted with luggage, no one escorted us to the room, and there was no explanation of room facilities or hotel services. Even basic instructions and information were not provided. If the hotel wishes to reduce room rates, that is understandable, but it should not come at the cost of basic amenities and service standards. It is better to maintain standard room rates and provide proper hospitality than to reduce costs by compromising the guest experience. Once a hotel’s reputation is damaged, it can be very difficult to regain guest trust and rebuild its image. Based on my experience, the service and facilities do not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. I would personally rate this property 2 stars due to the lack of basic amenities, poor hospitality standards, and overall guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both facilities and customer service.
