Thank you for great warm welcoming of Reception staff especially Mr Emanuell and Mr Ganesh, and Mr Ahmed, Mr Seeraj and Mr Opul in valet parking service whom are the best hotel gate, but on the contrary the House Keeping Dept need strict cleanliness and Presistant infection control protocol and alert Top management to train their F&B staff to smile and kind treating to the customers that are not there at all especially breakfast filipina staff ruide attitude compared with amazing kind caring serving attitude of Sri lankian tiny lady. Your Hotel located in Heart of sharjah but you staff need to be trained and re valued on customer service manners

Very disappointing experience, especially for families with children. The booking application clearly states that the hotel has a swimming pool. Based on this information, we booked the hotel expecting to use the pool with our kids. However, after arriving, we found out that the pool is operated by a separate third-party management and is not actually managed by the hotel. What was even more disappointing was the attitude and lack of cooperation from the pool management. Our children were not allowed to swim, despite the pool being advertised as an available facility when we made the booking. There was very poor coordination between the hotel and the pool management, and ultimately the guests are the ones who suffer. If the pool is operated by a third party and hotel guests cannot freely use it, this should be clearly mentioned in the booking information. Advertising a swimming pool as an available hotel facility without clearly explaining the restrictions is misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and definitely not what we expected when booking the hotel. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves the communication and coordination with the pool operator.

Overnight stay was good. The bed is very comfy and the room was spacious. Just some comments to raise like the tv audio only works after 3 hours and the room service awaken us at 7am just to give us the disposable toothbrush. Lastly the pool was open at 12pm only so we can't use in the morning.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Kudos to Faresh who assist us. The room was spacious, comfortable and has a great view.
