⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Outstanding Honesty I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Placida from the Administration Department and the security team, especially Umar and Bikash, for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding support. I accidentally left my wedding ring in the room, and they took the initiative to keep it safe and tried their best to contact me. Unfortunately, I was not reachable at that time. Their honesty, responsibility, and genuine concern in ensuring the safe return of my ring truly deserve recognition. A wedding ring is not just a piece of jewellery; it carries deep emotional and sentimental value. I am truly grateful to Ms. Placida, Umar, and Bikash for their integrity and excellent service. Thank you for demonstrating such wonderful values and for making me proud to be associated with an organization that has such dedicated and trustworthy people. Your efforts are highly appreciated, and you all deserve special recognition for your outstanding service. 👏🙏
We had a wonderful experience at Gevora! My husband accidentally lost his wedding ring, and the team made every effort to contact us as soon as they found it. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Placida from the reception team and Umar and Vikas from the security department for their honesty, kindness, and for keeping our belongings safe. Their professionalism and care made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We truly appreciate their efforts and dedication. Thank you for making our experience so memorable and stress-free! Highly recommended for their excellent hospitality and outstanding service! ❤️
We had a wonderful staycation at Gevora Hotel Dubai with my family, and overall, it was a very good experience. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the amazing view, especially the Burj Khalifa view. The swimming pool also offers a beautiful Burj Khalifa view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is a great choice for families looking to relax and enjoy the Dubai skyline. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and service made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We ordered food from outside as the hotel’s menu did not have many options that suited our taste. Apart from that, everything else was very good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Gevora Hotel and would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended for the views, location, friendly staff, and family staycation experience.
Gevora Hotel is truly one of the most unique and breathtaking destinations in the world. Staying here was an unforgettable experience, surrounded by spectacular skyscrapers views, fresh air, and stunning landscapes that create a sense of peace and relaxation from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself offers beautiful views from both the rooms and the swimming pool. Waking up to the skyscrapers every morning was simply amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, especially Raslan and his colleagues, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant team and chefs were very attentive, friendly, and receptive to guests’ needs. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable every morning. Adding a few more specialty items and local delicacies could make the breakfast experience even more outstanding. The property is well maintained, but some renovations and upgrades in the future would elevate the experience even further. A few of the restrooms are relatively small, and upgrading the bathroom facilities to a more modern standard would greatly enhance guest comfort. Despite these minor points, the overall experience was excellent. The combination of world-class views, peaceful surroundings, clean accommodations, friendly staff, and memorable hospitality makes this a destination worth visiting. It is a place where nature, comfort, and hospitality come together to create truly special memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience one of the most beautiful skyscrapers retreats and viewpoints in the region. Lets see in next visit…
