Very disappointing experience. I paid for a full month of parking, but after just two weeks, the hotel called me and asked me to remove my car because they would no longer be responsible for the parking. Finding parking in this area is already extremely difficult, and the least they could have done was let me stay until the end of the month.
I was offered a partial refund, but was told it would take 15 working days to process. It’s not about the money, but the way the situation was handled. A little professionalism and consideration for customers would have made a big difference.
I had a really pleasant experience, thanks to Ashish and Anith. They were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I really appreciated how comfortable they made us feel and how patiently they assisted with everything. Their warm and positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you both for the wonderful service!

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Ahsan at the reception, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. He made the check-in process smooth and efficient and continued to provide excellent assistance whenever needed.
I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious One-Bedroom Suite on a higher floor, which offered a fantastic view of the city. The suite was comfortable, well-maintained, and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is clean, well-managed, and conveniently located, with friendly staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction.
