⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Flora Hotel
I stayed at Flora Hotel in Al Barsha with my brothers and family. We booked a total of 4 rooms during our visit, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant experience throughout our stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, neat, and very comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent, and the reception team was friendly and welcoming. All staff members were polite, respectful, and always ready to assist.
The hotel is in a very convenient location near Mall of the Emirates, making shopping, dining, and transportation very easy.
Overall, the facilities were excellent, the environment was fresh, and the service was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our stay.
I highly recommend Flora Hotel for families and travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service in Dubai.

A very special thanks to Sudhan at the reception during check-in. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful from the very first moment. His positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. He truly created a wonderful first impression and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
I would also like to thank the gentleman who assisted me during check-out in the morning. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he was incredibly kind, friendly, and respectful. He handled everything with such warmth and professionalism, and his great attitude made my departure experience just as pleasant as my arrival.
Both team members went above and beyond to provide outstanding hospitality, and they truly reflect the high standards of your hotel. Please pass my appreciation to them and recognize them for their excellent customer service. Employees like them make guests want to return again.
