Tried they offer breakfast with drinks and pool. Super affordable and the ambience of the restaurant is really nice and also the unlimited breakfast options where you can have your favorite dishes again and again is a game changer and after all the meals to relax in the pool, all for that price is something else anyways Gian was super helpful and the team is well organized. I loved my stay at Fairmont it was 10/10 minus nothing, top notch service, I was treated like royalty. They surprised me with a birthday cake.
From the concierge, front desk, restaurant, inroom dining and house keeping. I was warmly welcomed, when I checked inn, the gentleman pronounced my name so well, I was impressed. And there is Ousman who always welcomed me and greated me with a smile. Godwin served me tea with a fancy hour glass😅Asther made my room and she even decorated it with balloons on my birthday and also wished me a happy birthday as I stepped out, it meant alot😊.
For breakfast at the Cascades where Rodrick always knew and got me a hot chocolate extra hot and he got it right every time. Mina always smiling and charming, Peace ever smiling and ready to assist, Mohamed made sure I was ok, Stanley the chef made the perfect Spanish omelette just the way I liked it. All the staff were friendly I just couldn't catch all their names.
Now the food🙌, the night i arrived i ordered beef sandwich which had caramelised onions, it was so good, am drooling as I write about it. And then the butter chicken with basmat rice🙌. The breakfast buffet with so much variety, the parata so soft, the pastries, fresh fruits, juices, yogurt, salads, waffles😋.
The amenities, shower gel, lotion, conditioner all from Le Labo, they smell amazing 👏 🤩
The World trade center metro station is just outside the hotel. Dubai Mall is just two stations away.
