Hotel is not bad, not overly expensive. The rooms are fixed at 24° Monopoly degrees, therefore more warm than comfortable. Location is okay, not too far from other places in Dubai.

Excellent property. The staff here is incredibly helpful, and there are too many rockstars to name them all. Today, I especially want to give a shout-out to my room attendant, Sushil, who is excellent. I requested my room to be cleaned around 5 PM, and I could tell he had already had a long day, but he still kindly agreed and took care of it with such care and dedication. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is exactly why I continue to choose to stay at this property. Thank you, Sushil, for your hard work and for always delivering such great service.

I had a truly wonderful stay and I am incredibly grateful to several members of the team who made my experience so special. I would also like to thank the entire staff in general — from the breakfast team to housekeeping and everyone I interacted with during my stay. Everyone was consistently kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. First, I would like to thank Jina, who made my arrival so smooth even before I got there. She kindly allowed me to check in a bit earlier than usual and welcomed me with such warmth and a beautiful smile. It really makes a difference when you arrive somewhere and are treated with such kindness. I would also like to mention Rizwan, who helped me with my luggage. I had many heavy bags, and he assisted me with such patience, kindness, and always with a smile. Yesterday, March 10th, was my birthday, and the team surprised me with the sweetest gesture. They brought me a little birthday cake, and Shukel decorated my room in the most incredible way. I was truly touched and even cried. Being alone during this time, such a thoughtful gesture meant so much to me and I will never forget it. Finally, during my departure I had the pleasure of meeting Syed, and it was such a lovely way to end my stay. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I am certain that the next time I pass through Dubai, I will stay here again. I will always be grateful for everything. Highly recommended — 100%.

Today Sunday, time: 00:24 still working… I do not recommend this hotel for rest. There is construction around the hotel and the noisiest work usually happens at night; during the day it is a bit quieter. The hotel’s sound insulation is poor you can hear almost all the construction noise. Overall, the hotel is not bad. The rooms are acceptable and the staff was friendly. However, at the moment I would not recommend staying here, especially for those looking to rest. There are several construction works around the hotel that create a lot of noise, even during the night, which really affects the experience. Perhaps once the works are finished, it will be a much more peaceful option.
