This hotel was comfortable for me and for the 3 weeks I have been there here because of work. The best thing is the room service and people who works here, like Khem/Maya and the rest of the personal. All the problems I had, they resolved super fast, and for me, that is the most important. Thank you so much for all guys 🫶🏽🩷

My stay at Jannah Dubai Creek Hotel was decent overall. The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast and dinner. I was expecting a proper buffet with a wider variety of options, but there were only a few dishes available, which made the dining experience feel limited. On the positive side, I would like to give special appreciation to our dinner waiter, Pyune. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. His positive attitude and excellent service made our dining experience much more enjoyable. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was not as pleasant. The staff member who checked us in seemed uninterested and came across with an indifferent attitude, which wasn’t very welcoming. I also experienced some internet connectivity issues during my stay, although I was eventually able to resolve them. One thing I truly appreciated was that the hotel kindly allowed me a 1-hour late checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture and very helpful. Overall, I’d rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. There are some good aspects, especially the service provided by Pyune and the late checkout, but improvements in the dining options, Wi-Fi reliability, and front desk hospitality would make the stay much better.
If you are traveling with your family, avoid this hotel. This is not family hotel at all! Some people using this hotel for their business! Which I hope you understand The entire hotel, including the rooms, smells strongly of cigarette smoke. There was constant noise, loud guests, and inappropriate behavior throughout the property, making it impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the UAE. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone, especially families.
Just wanted to mention our experience with the night FO name SAM. We arrived for check-in yesterday and unfortunately forgot our physical Emirates IDs at my partner's home. We understand that providing a physical Emirates ID is normally required; however, we explained that it was an honest mistake, that it was already very late, and that my partner's home is quite far away. We kindly asked if it would be possible to provide the digital Emirates ID through UAE Pass or send a soft copy via email, considering the circumstances. Unfortunately, our request was denied. We were disappointed because we were hoping for some consideration given our situation. As a result, we had to drive all the way back to my partner's home to collect the IDs and only managed to check in at almost 12:00 AM. We spent additional money on fuel and Salik charges, and we were both very tired, especially my partner who had just finished work. We even considered canceling the booking, but when we tried calling the property's number while on our way to collect the IDs, no one answered. Since we couldn't reach anyone, we decided to proceed with the booking. We booked this stay simply because we wanted to spend some quality time together in a peaceful and relaxing environment. Unfortunately, the inconvenience during check-in affected the experience and took away valuable time that we had hoped to enjoy together. Instead of relaxing, we had to spend time driving back and forth late at night, which left us feeling tired and stressed. As for the room itself, everything was fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel also kindly granted us a 2-hour late check-out, which we appreciated. However, considering that our check-in was significantly delayed due to the Emirates ID situation, we felt that the additional 2 hours were still not enough to make up for the lost time. Unfortunately, we were unable to fully enjoy our stay or use some of the hotel's facilities, such as the pool and other amenities. We respect the property's policies, but we hope there can be more flexibility and understanding in situations like this in the future.
Having stayed at numerous hotels across India and the UAE, I can confidently say that my two-month stay at Edge Creekside Hotel was truly one of a kind. My family — my wife and children — were all thoroughly impressed, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. What sets this hotel apart is its exceptional hospitality. The staff, particularly Mr. Anil Mathew and Mr. Sundar, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. Their warmth, flexibility, and professional approach made us feel at home from day one. The rooms are generously sized and come equipped with a fully functional kitchen and washing machine — a huge bonus for extended stays. Housekeeping maintained immaculate standards throughout, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable for the level of comfort offered. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Nestled right beside Creek Park, with the Baniyas RTA Ferry Station just steps away, it truly sits at the heart of the city. City Centre Mall is within easy reach, Children's City is a short 10-minute drive, and iconic landmarks like Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future, and Dubai Frame are all just minutes away. Multiple supermarkets and hypermarkets in the vicinity add to the everyday convenience. Two months flew by, and every day was a delight. This is hands-down one of the safest and most centrally located stays you'll find in Dubai. If you're planning a visit — whether short or long — Edge Creekside Hotel is an absolute must. Our entire family will cherish this experience for years to come.
