Doubletree By Hilton Fujairah City

Unfortunately, my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City was quite disappointing and far below my expectations. From the moment I entered the hotel to the overall condition of the room and its amenities, the experience simply did not reflect the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. One of the things that stood out was the condition of the towels. They were visibly worn out and clearly needed replacing. These are basic details that should never be overlooked, especially at a hotel claiming to offer a premium experience. What disappointed me even more was the service. I requested extra blankets and pillows, and although the staff initially brought some, when I asked for additional ones, I was told that only one extra was allowed per room. I found this response surprising and unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Such a simple guest request should be handled with more flexibility and hospitality. I have stayed at many hotels, and unfortunately, this experience did not come close to what I would expect from a five-star property. In my opinion, this hotel deserves a maximum of three stars based on the facilities, room amenities, and level of service I experienced. I hope the management takes these comments seriously and works on improving the quality of the facilities and, most importantly, the overall guest experience.

Had a really good breakfast experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety of choices. The service was also excellent. Special thanks to Haifa for the wonderful customer service. She was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank Chef Avneet, who introduced me to Indian food, especially dosa. It was my first time trying dosa, and I really enjoyed it! I liked it so much that I asked Chef Avneet to make it again for me. He was very kind and accommodating. Thank you to Haifa, Chef Avneet, Chef Mark and the entire team for making my breakfast experience so enjoyable. Great food, great service, and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!

Our first staycation in Fujairah was a wonderful experience, and we're so happy we chose DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah. We decided to take the Etihad Rail from Abu Dhabi to Fujairah to try the new train experience, and staying at the hotel made the trip even more memorable. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every staff member we met was polite, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. A big thank you to Fazal from the lobby entrance, Receptionist Mahmoud, Yuzana from Housekeeping, and Thwe Thwe from the buffet restaurant for their excellent service and kindness. They made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. We had a great time from start to finish and would happily recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah to anyone visiting the city. We look forward to coming back for another stay.
