I had an amazing and wonderful stay with my family from Sep 30, 2026 to Oct 11, 2026 at Double Tree by Hilton Al Jadaf. It was such a memorable experience that I would like to appreciate entire team right from management to housekeeping staff for offering us the outstanding hospitality and service during the entire stay duration. Each and every staff right from management to housekeeping are so warm and welcoming that it is almost impossible that you would not come back here again. Special thanks to Mr Sean (Front Office Executive) who was very welcoming and Mr Tahir (Front Office Manager) was very courteous and helped us exploring the best deal for our upgrade. Entire team at Restaurant need special mention for their passion to provide unmatched service to guests. Mr Khalid (F&B Manager), Mr Tabish and Ms Shristhi made sure at all times that guests receive unmatched and best experience. Applauds for hard work put in by Hashem who always had a smiling face and welcoming guests with cookies and ready to help, Sagar in housekeeping was always seen putting in efforts in maintaining rooms at 13th Floor and Bikash (Front Security & Parking) was always standing tall in scorching heat for providing assistance to guests. This review would not be complete with special mention for Chef Mahmoud for making our dining experience so memorable. I remember that he was always available to greet guests in restaurant during his night shift. He went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience and demonstrated genuine passion to serve guests. He even honoured our special request for a dinner meal. The quality of the food, the care taken in preparation, and the personal attention provided were truly commendable. Double Tree by Hilton (Al Jadaf) is fortunate to have such a talented and guest-oriented professionals on its team. Truly exceptional service that deserves recognition and appreciation! Thank you once again for making our stay and turn it into such a pleasant experience. Would definitely like to visit again in future.

We recently stayed here for three nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The location is convenient for visiting Dubai’s major attractions. The room was clean and well maintained, with all essential amenities, including a coffee machine and toiletries, although the king room felt a little small. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Housekeeping was prompt, and the welcome cookies at reception were a nice touch. The main disappointment was the breakfast. The buffet was quite repetitive with limited variety, including only two juice options, a small bakery selection, and an egg-only live counter. For a hotel in Dubai and at this standard, we expected a more diverse breakfast spread. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and a convenient location, but the breakfast variety definitely needs improvement.

Sagar is one of those people who genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed. He was always polite, attentive, quick to respond, and handled everything with a great attitude. His dedication and excellent service truly made our stay even more pleasant. It is rare to come across someone who takes such genuine care in their work. Sagar is an absolute asset to the hotel, and his efforts definitely deserve recognition and appreciation. We had a great stay overall. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfy, and the connecting family rooms offered a helpful level of privacy. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with an excellent fruit selection. While the staff were professional, heavy rush periods impacted service—we had to call multiple times to get follow-ups on our orders. It was also difficult to get a late check-out, which was surprising given the hotel was at less than 40% occupancy. Despite these minor operational hiccups, it remains a very good hotel with great value for money.
