Doubletree By Hilton Dubai - Business Bay

Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Hospitality We had a lovely one-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Business Bay and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel has a beautiful and modern design, and I particularly loved the colour scheme throughout the property. The rooms were excellent, with great amenities and a very comfortable feel. The service was outstanding — everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was also very good, and the team was extremely attentive and quick to assist. It was clear that the hosts genuinely cared about making sure every guest was comfortable. A special thank you to Islam, the Duty Manager, who made our arrival especially pleasant. He personally checked us in and kindly upgraded us to a Burj Khalifa view room upon our request. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience from check-in to breakfast, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday and Indonesia’s Independence Day, and we had a wonderful experience! A special shout-out to Jay, one of the outstanding staff members who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Your excellent service really made our experience even more enjoyable. And a big thank you to Chef Rene for the delicious Indonesian food! It was such a lovely touch and made our celebration feel even more special. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🇮🇩🎂✨

The staff here have been so so wonderful, every single one of them, took the buffet breakfast option for every day and so pleased we did. Breakfast food was lovely every day and I am a bit of a coffee snob, coffee here is very good, for me the cup is too small but there is no problem asking for a second. Wifi has been terrific, excellent showers with pretty much instant hot water any time day or night. Free use of the Gym and swimming pool is great and again the staff at the swimming pool are very friendly and attentive. They greet you with a fresh towel and always a wonderful smile. There is a pool bar that you can sit and drink in the pool area as well as complimentary cleansing water to keep you hydrated. Cleaning staff are fast and generally discreet and when entering and exiting on every occasion the concierge staff always greet and farewell you with a smile and they will ensure a taxi is there promptly for you if you require one. Overall this establishment is a credit to the Hilton brand and I absolutely would stay again and will always recommend to friends!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the valet parking team gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The reception team was also excellent, very professional, friendly, and helpful, with everything explained clearly during check-in. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. My parents came to visit, and they were also very impressed by the high level of service provided by the hotel team. The breakfast experience was excellent. The restaurant service was top-class, and the breakfast spread had a very good variety. The housekeeping team was also very attentive and efficient. Whenever I raised a request, the response was fast, accurate. A special thank you to Sreya for her kind support during check-out. Overall, this is a great hotel with a wonderful team who truly know how to take care of their guests. Thank you all once again for making our stay so memorable.
