We stayed here for 5 months and overall we had a really good experience. A special thank you to Yohan, the housekeeper, who was always helpful and did a great job keeping our room clean. Thank you to reception team as well for doing a good job. We also really appreciated being given a spacious and comfortable room that was perfect for the two of us while still fitting our budget. Having access to the gym and swimming pool was definitely a plus, especially for a longer stay like ours. There are just a few things that could be improved. The room is already a little old and could use some updating. The water bottle refills are also not always consistent. It would also be great to have more washing machines available for long-term guests, as this seems to be a common concern. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. It’s comfortable, affordable, and offers good value for money. 🤍

We had a wonderful stay at Donatella Hotel Al Barsha. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing staff. Every single team member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you goes to Ali – he is simply the best! His kindness, positive attitude, and outstanding service made our stay unforgettable. He was always there whenever we needed anything, and we are truly grateful for everything he did for us. We would also like to thank Amal and Ella for their warmth, friendliness, and excellent hospitality. They were always so kind and welcoming, and it was a pleasure meeting them. We highly recommend Donatella Hotel Al Barsha to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!
