Excellent hotel! Great size room and bathroom, a breakfast with plenty of options, and an executive lounge for elite members with a great happy hour. The gym and pool are also very good. But above all, I would like to praise all the staff. Everyone, without exception, was extremely kind to us. Congratulations to the team and thank you—we will definitely be back!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort in Dubai! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Everything about the experience was wonderful, from the beautiful atmosphere and excellent service to the overall comfort and attention to detail. The staff genuinely made me feel welcomed and well taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were great, the environment was relaxing, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly loved my time here and would definitely recommend Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Dubai. Overall, an excellent experience from beginning to end!
What a wonderful staff that made the stay special. It’s a prime location surrounded by beach and shopping areas. Conveniently located next to the tram station, seamlessly connecting to the metro. The beach is easily accessible and clean. It’s a little crowded in places during peak hours, but there’s enough space for everyone. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, where you can get everything you need at a reasonable price. The breakfast and service is nothing short of excellent. The staff and services are top notch. Special shoutout to the staff at Jones the Grocer, specifically Mostafizul, Rajnish, Aftab and Rishav, for their hospitality and service. We’d like to thank each and every member of the hotel staff for making our stay unforgettable. Not to mention the special note at the end of our stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton The Walk. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Illia and Rachel, who made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Club Studio, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable sitting area, kitchen, washing machine, and a balcony with a beautiful view of Dubai Marina. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled our other hotel bookings and extended our stay here for the remainder of our two-week trip. That alone speaks to how comfortable and well looked after we felt. A special mention also to the security team, who were always friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They would often have the lift ready and be waiting in the lobby when we arrived, which made coming and going effortless and added a personal touch to the experience. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
I recently stayed here on a package that included a room upgrade, breakfast, and dinner. While there were many highlights, the dining experience left much to be desired. The Highlights: Service & Room • Front Desk: A huge shoutout to Nishu at the front desk. The service was exceptional and made us feel welcome right from the start. • The Room: We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade! The room was incredibly spacious with a breathtaking, wide-angle view. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. • Location & Facilities: The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach. Parking is convenient as it is located within the building. • Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. I loved that it wasn't overcrowded, and they offered both indoor and outdoor seating. The Lowlights: Dinner & Pool • Dinner Experience (The Speakeasy): This was the most disappointing part of our stay. Despite the package, we were restricted to dining at the Speakeasy. • Atmosphere: The venue smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Even in the non-smoking zone, it was very unpleasant for non-smokers. • Seating: The seating was extremely limited. We were initially placed in a lounge area with low tables meant for drinks, not for dining. It was very uncomfortable to eat until a proper table luckily opened up. • Service Speed: Service was incredibly slow. We waited over 45 minutes just for our starters. Every table seemed to be struggling with the same delay. • Staffing: There appeared to be a shortage of staff, leading to poor service coverage. This is not the standard I expect from a Marriott property. • Pool: The pool area didn't quite live up to expectations and was a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. Summary: The promotion we booked was excellent value for the money, and the room itself was 10/10. However, the hotel really needs to improve its dinner service and ventilation at the Speakeasy. I would definitely stay here again for the room and location, but I would likely skip the dinner package next time.
