I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Shaimaa🌹🌹 at Crystal Plaza Hotel Al Majaz for her exceptional service and outstanding hospitality. She was extremely helpful with everything we needed and always treated us with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Her elegant and courteous manner truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Ms. Shaimaa, for your dedication and wonderful service. You are a great asset to the hotel!
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The reception staff were unprofessional and provided the poorest service I have encountered.
Even many one-star hotels offer better hospitality, service, and overall guest experience than this hotel
I stayed 2 nights here with son, it was great and the location is good. Especially the free breakfast in the hotel restaurant is amazing. Mr Alisten is so professional, welcoming kind to serve the breakfast even though I went to the restaurant at the last 10min in closing time. And he even packed the breakfast to my son since he didn't wake up. Thank u so much for your wonderful service. Stay blessed 🙌
We met a young receptionist named Shaima, a truly remarkable and professional woman. She even helped us book online, as it was a bit cheaper. What impressed us most was her politeness; she was incredibly kind to us. She really embodies the spirit of the entire hotel. I highly recommend this hotel; they offer excellent service, and I hope the establishment will provide more support for the receptionist. She was the face of the hotel.
I think this hotel is totally Racist , my first room was stinky and bad and I asked for change and what they gave me was best room. Receptionist made a visitor came up without my notice and registered her in the system. Instead of him to change that mess , my husband came late hour and asked him to pay 222 dirhams before he was allowed in . Very rude people and today I went for breakfast I was told no because my stay is due by 12 pm meanwhile my husband has extended another night on trip. Com
Even if not extended I still have right for breakfasts since it not yet 12 noon .
As an investor I always stay in hotels and this is worst experience ever . Wish to give zero star
