We would like to thank Mr. Shamin Khan for his excellent service and for cleaning our room every day. He was very attentive and did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her professionalism, politeness, and excellent customer service. She was very helpful and welcoming, and her courteous attitude made our stay even more pleasant.
However, we were disappointed that the hotel did not provide the shuttle bus to the beach as advertised (booking.com). This was an important service for us when choosing the hotel, and its absence caused some inconvenience.
Overall, we appreciate the housekeeping service provided by Mr. Shamin Khan, but we hope the hotel will improve communication regarding the availability of advertised facilities and services.
I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant! The food and atmosphere were great, but what made the experience even more special was the excellent service provided by Alliah. She was friendly, attentive, and very professional, making sure everything was taken care of and that we felt welcome. Her warm hospitality and positive attitude truly made a difference. Thank you, Alliah, for your outstanding service! You are a great asset to the team.
