Courtyard By Marriott World Trade Centre Dubai

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! 🥹 Literally in the center of Dubai, but it never felt crowded. We could always find a spot in the underground parking, which is honestly super rare in Dubai 😅 Breakfast also had a really nice and wide selection. And if you have a certain Booking.com Genius level, you can even get complimentary breakfast for two, which was such a nice bonus! We also got to enjoy the pool until 9 PM since it was September, had a nice cocktail, and they brought us a complimentary bowl of nuts — my heart literally melted 😂❤️ What impressed me the most was that even though we stayed for only one night, the hotel staff called in the mid of the day on my personal number just to check if we needed anything. Guys, you are the best! Such a lovely experience and I’d definitely come back. ❤️

I had a very pleasant stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The room was always clean, fresh, and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Joseph from the housekeeping team for his professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness. He made sure that my room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable throughout my stay. His excellent service truly deserves recognition. Thank you, Joseph!

This was probably my fourth or fifth stay at Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center, Dubai, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the entire team consistently delivers excellent hospitality, which is why I keep coming back. A special thank you to Rubina at the reception, who handled my check-in. She was warm, welcoming, highly professional, and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lovely lady who assisted me during check-out, but she was equally amazing—extremely polite, professional, and courteous. She left a wonderful impression and truly reflected the hotel's high service standards. I also accidentally left one of my cables in the room after checking out, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly the team acted. They immediately contacted me via email, informed me about the lost item, and coordinated everything so efficiently. A special thanks to Leizel for her outstanding coordination and prompt communication throughout the process. She made everything completely hassle-free, and her professionalism truly stood out. It's this level of genuine care, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service that keeps bringing me back. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to returning again soon.
