Although the hotel says 4 stars..I would give it on 2.5 stars..stayed in so many hotels in DXB but this one by far has been pathetic..2 adults 2 kids in a room...only 2 towels provided..no handtowels..upon requesting for 2 more towels we were told normally only 2 are kept in the room...suprised...also no additional water was given inspite of 4 being in a room.
Have stayed in hotels like Hyatt Novotel Pullman
and also hotels like Ibis(budget one)...but none of these ever said no to an additional bottle of water..
Anyway pool was not working as well..so ll in all ..its a disappointment
Had a very pleasant stay at Concorde Creek View Hotel, Dubai! ✨ The stay was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the overall experience was lovely. A special thanks to Bismilla, the receptionist, for being so welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. Excellent hospitality and a memorable experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
The lady at reception, Bismilla, is an exceptional woman. Within a few seconds, she upgraded my room and also offered me a late checkout, which really impressed me. I genuinely recommend this place to everyone. She is so humble and has a very professional attitude.
Spacious, clean and well maintained room. Staff are courteous and friendly. You do have to pay for parking even if you're a hotel guest at 35AED / night.
Had dinner at the rooftop which was tasty and with a great view of the Dubai Creek.
Our stay at Concorde Creek View Hotel was incredible! The hospitality was world-class and top-notch from start to last day, but the main highlight was the unexpected free upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the Creek. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make us feel like a VIP.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai—Even, I can't wait to return!
