We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here last week, and words cannot express how wonderfully Rohit coordinated everything and ensured the entire event went smoothly. His support, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made the occasion special for us and our guests. The food was absolutely delicious, and all our guests were delighted with both the quality of the food and the overall hospitality. Everything was handled beautifully, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration with our family and friends. We booked the City Cafe restaurant exclusively for our event, but the hotel offers other venues as well. I am confident that whichever venue you choose, you can expect the same excellent service and hospitality. Stayed here for over a week. The location is convenient, and the lifts are fast. A special appreciation to the housekeeping and security teams. Both were consistently polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. They are a credit to the hotel and contributed positively to the overall experience. The main challenge is parking. Spaces are very limited and extremely narrow. Guests arriving by car should be aware that parking is subject to availability, and finding nearby parking can be difficult. The reception experience was below expectations. Interactions lacked warmth and hospitality, and the overall service felt indifferent rather than guest focused. The bathroom is compact and remains wet for a long time after shower use. Overall, the hotel benefits from its location and the dedication of its housekeeping and security staff, but improvements in front desk service and parking management are needed.
