A special thanks to Hari, Tharushika, Tejnath, Janas, Khim, and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and attentive service. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Room service was great prompt, efficient, and always up to the mark. The staff truly deserve appreciation for their dedication and friendly attitude. The hotel’s location in Business Bay is also a big plus, making it convenient to explore Dubai. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai for business or leisure. I’ve stayed at this hotel for almost four months, starting with just one night, then one week, one month, and eventually making it my preferred place to stay. The service is outstanding, the staff are professional, friendly, and well-coordinated, and the cleanliness is consistently excellent. I would honestly rate the team 100/100. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet the hotel usually is. The soundproofing is impressive, and it’s normally a perfect place to rest after a long day. Unfortunately, over the last 3–4 nights, my experience has changed. My neighboring room has been extremely noisy throughout the night until around 6:00 AM. Children were running and shouting from around 11:00 PM until early morning, doors kept opening and closing, furniture was being moved, and housekeeping was called repeatedly at 3, 4, and even 5 AM. As a guest who needs to work during the day, I was unable to get proper rest. I believe a hotel should be a place to relax and sleep peacefully. Parents also have a responsibility to ensure their children respect other guests, especially during late-night hours. This hotel truly offers an international-standard experience and is close to perfect. I only hope management continues to enforce quiet-hour policies so every guest can enjoy the peaceful environment that makes this hotel exceptional.
