Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai

I had a wonderful solo stay at Cheval Masion Hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to get around Dubai. The staff were all genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Jishu from Room Service for her kindness and outstanding service. She made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai and had a very pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, professional, and well organized. I would especially like to thank the Egyptian gentleman working the night shift at the reception. He was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping and cleanliness standards were excellent throughout my stay. The room was spotless, and the overall maintenance of the property reflected a high level of attention to detail. Although I did not have the opportunity to try the food during my stay, all other aspects of the hotel met my expectations and contributed to a comfortable experience. The only minor point is that the room we initially booked felt a little small for our needs, so we decided to upgrade to a larger room for an additional charge. The upgraded room was much more comfortable and suited us better. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and welcoming place to stay in Dubai.

Cheval Maison is definitely a 💯 We are amazed on how classy and glamorous this hotel is (Sheikh Mohammad stayed here during the Expo season). We felt like royalty here. We booked a studio room and we are so happy that we did since we can cook our meals. Big thanks to the receptionist Evita for being so helpful and accommodating. Also to Srikanth for helping with our bags and to Jishu for surprising us with an anniversary decoration and message. We just experienced a small issue with their induction stove that we were moved to another room but it was all good and manageable. The hotel is so clean and the staff are so welcoming. We will definitely book again 💪💯 from checking in to checking out, we were well taken care of. Even Expo City is quiet, we still enjoyed our stay.

Each of them contributed in their own way to making our vacation smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests deserve special recognition. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered excellent facilities. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every interaction with the staff reflected true professionalism and hospitality. We truly appreciate the amazing service and memorable experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return again in the future!
