Reviews
An exceptional stay at Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai!
The apartments and rooms are absolute 5-star quality—spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every detail in the accommodation felt luxurious and comfortable.
A special mention to the incredible staff who truly made the stay memorable. They are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Excellent service in an unbeatable location on Palm Jumeirah. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning!
100% recommended – outstanding value for money.
We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace for almost a month, and it truly felt like home. If comfort and having plenty of space are your priorities, I would definitely choose this over a traditional hotel in the same category.
The apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, iron, and a well-equipped kitchen. The facilities are brand new, everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the apartment is very well soundproofed.
The housekeeping service was exceptional throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and highly professional, always making us feel welcome.
The location is outstanding, with direct access to Palm Jumeirah Mall, making it incredibly convenient.
A special thank you to Barsha, Nobert, and especially to the housekeeping team on the 8th floor (8D) who looked after us throughout July. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and high-quality place to stay.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, and the stay was perfect. The room, the housekeeping, the amenities - all top notch. Palm Jumeirah Mall is also connected to this hotel, which had the perfect selection of retail and dining. This is going to be my go-to choice from now on. Very satisfied!
Special shoutout to Abdul Yazan for helping us ensure our stay was even more perfect.
Visited the hotel last week had an amazing time. The Appartement is well equipped and the view on the palm was beatiful. The Nakheel mall is just next door and was very convenient for us. The staffs were very helpful. We will be back for sure.
Excellent stay – highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at Cheval Maison – The Palm. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a big plus and made our stay even more convenient.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Dubai. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable apartment with great service.
