I really enjoyed staying at Chelsea Gardens Hotel Apartment. The staff were so kind and friendly. They also always helped me with everything I needed. It's very nicely located, with everything you could possibly need within walking distance, and it's quiet.
We always stay at Chelsea everytime we are in Dubai. It is affordable but worth it. Rooms we stayed in recently are better than before. They have issues with their basement parking but can easily solve. Staff are accommodating and kind.
We paid over 7250 AED a month for an old, dirty, badly maintained building with zero facilities. Dirty towels, mosquitoes in the room, 8 Mbps internet, a sofa bed that screams every time you move, no pool, no sauna, no jacuzzi. ( Just gym ) The garage entrance is pitch dark with no lights and peeling walls. The staff are nice. Everything else is not. If you’re thinking of a long stay here, book ONE night first and see for yourself.
We stayed here for 2 months, the services is nice, breakfast is good too. Location is close to the Gardens metro. So very convenient. Room quality is good and cleanliness is good, Ms. Manju is friendly and efficient at her work and made sure the room is maintained at the best state throughout our stay.
I had a wonderful experience with Vishal Housekeeping at Chelsea Garden Hotel Apartments. The service was excellent and truly exceeded my expectations. The team is very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking.
From the moment they started, I could see their attention to detail. Every area of the apartment was cleaned thoroughly – the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and especially the bathroom, which was spotless and shining. Even small things like dusting, changing linens, and arranging items were done perfectly.
