This is not our first time staying at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last! We’ve visited multiple times, and it has always been our go-to choice whenever we’re planning a family staycation, especially with kids. It’s a place we genuinely love coming back to! The hospitality has always been exceptional, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. A special thank you to Jane from the restaurant reception for her kindness, warm welcome, and outstanding hospitality. People like her truly make a difference and make every visit even more special! We also requested a late checkout, and the team happily accommodated our request without any hesitation, which we really appreciated. It’s these thoughtful gestures and the genuine care for guests that keep us coming back. Thank you to the entire team for always making our stays so enjoyable and memorable. I had a wonderful experience at the spa! The massage was absolutely amazing, and Oil was so professional, kind, and attentive. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire session. Her massage was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. I highly recommend the spa, especially Oil, for anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience.
