I would like to start with a big thanks for the kitchen staff for the incredible service especially with the beautiful served to our Room on my daughter birthday. Overall it was a wonderful experience the staff was amazing pool and beach was clean . They also help us to get sea view that was so amazing. My opinion It would be great if they had a better food options because the food options was very limited and not up to the expectations. But the staff in the restaurant was amazing they also helped us with extra food for baby thank you so much 😊.
We had an amazing experience at BM Hotel, especially at the swimming pool and water slides.
The pool was very clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families with children.
A special mention to Joseph, one of the best pool security staff members we met.
He guided everyone professionally and gave my children excellent safety instructions in the water.
His care and guidance made our experience safe, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
Everything was amazing! This was my second time visiting BM Beach Hotel, and once again, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and everything was well organized. I had a very nice and relaxing experience, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
The dinner could have more variety and a wider selection of dishes. It would be nice to have different options each day, especially for guests staying for several nights.
We had a wonderful stay at BM Beach Hotel. The hotel, the atmosphere, and the overall service were excellent.
A special thanks to Monouar from the Bell Desk team. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with our luggage, both when we arrived and when we checked out. His positive attitude and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
I'd also like to thank the staff member at the reception who helped us choose the perfect room when we checked in. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was very welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful from the very beginning.
Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was smooth, and they made us feel valued and comfortable throughout our visit. The hotel facilities, food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were excellent, but the outstanding service provided by Monor and Angelo truly stood out.
